Every TLDTrack plan runs on the same monitoring engine. What changes between plans is how many websites you can watch, how many people can log in, which checks are included, how many credits you get each month for the deeper checks, and whether the agency tools are switched on. This page walks through each level so you can pick the one that fits.

The plans at a glance
There are five levels. Two are single-website tiers for individuals, and three are the main paid plans that scale from a small portfolio up to a full agency workload.
- Free. One website plus four extra monitors, one user. Uptime, domain and SSL expiry alerts by email, no monthly cost and no card required.
- Starter, £9/month. Up to 5 websites, one user, and the point at which the monthly credit allowance begins: 250 credits a month, plus 150 visual credits and 10,000 analytics page views. For individuals and small portfolios.
- Pro, £25/month. Up to 25 websites, up to 5 team members, 1,250 credits, 600 visual credits and 100,000 page views a month. For active managers and small agencies.
- Agency, £75/month. Up to 100 websites, up to 20 team members, 5,000 credits, 2,000 visual credits and 500,000 page views a month, and the agency CRM bundled in. For large portfolios and teams.
Which limit actually matters
Free
Free watches one website plus up to four extra domains or subdomains, at no monthly cost and with no credit card required to sign up. It runs the always-on core: uptime checks every five minutes, and domain and SSL certificate expiry alerts, delivered by email only. Domain expiry alerts cover root domains only. Slack, Teams, webhook and SMS alerts are not available on this tier.
Free does not include content or visual change detection, DNS, blacklist or malware monitoring, email health checks, or a monthly scan-credit allowance for security, SEO, accessibility or compliance audits. When you need any of those, or more than five monitored sites, add a card and upgrade to Starter or above from Compare plans on your Free dashboard.
Starter
Starter, at £9 a month, is where most individuals and small portfolios land. It lifts you to five websites and adds the monthly allowance of credits for the deeper checks: 250 credits a month. Everything in the everyday monitoring stack is here, including content checks, visual monitoring, email health, PageSpeed, malware scanning and WordPress monitoring.
Pro
Pro, at £25 a month, is the popular middle plan. It raises the ceiling to 25 websites and, importantly, adds team access: up to five members can share the account, each with their own login and role (see user roles and levels). The monthly credit allowance rises to 1,250, and Pro adds scheduled client reports.
Agency
Agency, at £75 a month, is built for people who monitor sites for other people. It lifts you to 100 websites, up to 20 team members, and 5,000 credits a month. It also bundles in the full agency CRM: tasks on a Kanban board, time tracking, services and invoicing, the encrypted credentials vault and the client request inbox. On the other paid plans that CRM is available as a £10/month add-on ($13 in US dollars); on Agency it is included at no extra cost.

What each plan includes
The monitoring builds up by tier:
- Uptime monitoring with five-minute checks and alerts when a site goes down, on every plan.
- SSL certificate monitoring on every plan, and DNS and blacklist monitoring from Starter up.
- Content checks and visual change detection, from Starter up.
- Email health (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and a live deliverability test, from Starter up.
- Domain expiry alerts on every plan (root domains only on Free).
- The read-only AI integration for Claude and ChatGPT on paid plans, and the iOS and Android apps.
The deeper checks (security, SEO, accessibility, compliance and journey tests) draw on a monthly credit allowance rather than running continuously, which is why they begin on the Starter plan and grow with each tier. See scan credits for how that allowance works and how to top it up.
Users, roles and levels
On the single-user tiers (Free and Starter) one person holds the account. Pro and Agency add seats: up to five team members on Pro and up to 20 on Agency. Each person gets their own login, and their access is set by their role, so you can invite a colleague to handle monitoring without handing over billing or account settings. The roles and exactly what each one can do are covered in user roles and levels.
Moving between plans
You are not locked in. You can move up or down at any time from your billing area, and the change takes effect straight away, with any difference pro-rated on your next invoice. Full instructions are in managing your subscription. Starter, Pro and Agency also start with a 7-day free trial, so you can try the level you want before your card is charged.
Where to see or change your plan
Good to know
- Prices are monthly, billed in pounds or, for customers in the US, in US dollars. Annual billing is not available yet.
- The everyday checks have no per-check or per-alert fees. The deeper checks draw on credits, visual checks on visual credits, and SMS alerts on prepaid SMS credits.
- When you reach your website limit, adding another site takes you to Billing to upgrade. Sites you already have keep being monitored, for example after a downgrade.
- Service monitors (for APIs and mail servers) have their own separate limit and do not use a website slot. See service monitors.
