What you get from the WHM integration

Every account in one list

TLDTrack reads every cPanel account on the server and lists its primary domain, plus addon, parked and subdomains if you want them. You choose which to import, and new accounts show up for you to add.

Per-account monitoring

Each imported domain can use the same checks as any other site: uptime, DNS, SSL, blacklists, malware, PageSpeed and domain renewals. Domains are grouped by server.

Spot resold-account abuse

Malware on a single client’s account can get your server’s IP blacklisted. TLDTrack checks each site against Google’s malware and phishing lists twice a week and the server IP against 12 blacklists twice a day, so you can see which account is the problem.

Resource & quota oversight

Alerts when an account passes 75% or 90% of its disk or bandwidth quota, when its bandwidth is on course to run out before month end, and when an account is suspended. White-label client reports on the Agency plan.

Frequently asked questions

What WHM permissions does the API token need?

Read-only is enough. Specifically: version, listaccts, get_domain_info and showbw. We never modify anything on your server.

Does this work with multiple WHM servers?

Yes. Each server’s domains appear in your dashboard, grouped by server.

Will TLDTrack hammer my server with checks?

No. The WHM API is only called to list accounts and domains and to read bandwidth figures. All actual monitoring runs from our infrastructure as external HTTPS requests.

What happens when I create a new cPanel account?

It shows up as a new account for you to import. Nothing is added to your monitoring until you choose it, so test and staging accounts stay out.

Can I white-label reports for my hosting clients?

Yes, on the Agency plan: white-label client reports by email, and a branded client portal where each client sees only their own sites.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 7 days, your card is not charged until day 8.
