Website audit leads

Agency & CRM · Last updated 8 October 2026

Website audit leads turns your own website into a source of new business. A visitor enters their site, waits a few minutes while it is checked, and sees a review with your name on it. You get their details straight away.

What it is

A public form, hosted by TLDTrack or embedded on your site, that runs a full one-off check of the visitor's website and shows them a branded review with the first findings in each area. The rest sits behind a prompt to talk to you.

Each review is a normal URL insight on your account and costs the same credits. The visitor sees scores, the first three findings per area and your contact link. You see the whole report in the dashboard.

Why it matters

People who ask for a review of their website are already thinking about improving it. The review gives them a reason to get in touch, and you already know what their site needs.

The form only sends email to people who ticked the consent box, honours unsubscribes, and stops after a daily cap you set so a bot cannot drain your credits.

Setting it up

  1. 1
Open Website audit in the sidebar and go to the Setup tab.
  2. 2
Turn the form on, check the headline and intro, and set the contact link people see when they want the full review: a booking page, an email address or a phone number.
  3. 3
Set the email address that receives leads. It defaults to the account owner.
  4. 4
Copy the hosted link to use in ads and email, or paste the one-line embed snippet into any page of your site.

Your logo and brand colour come from Settings, Client portal. The form, the review and the emails all use them.

What the visitor sees

  • Your form: name, email, website and a consent line that names your agency.
  • A progress screen while the check runs. It usually takes a few minutes, and they get the link by email too, so they can close the page.
  • The review: the overall score, a score per area, the first three findings per area, and a prompt to talk to you for the rest.

Working the leads

The Leads tab lists every submission with the score once the run is ready. Open the full report, mark a lead contacted, won or lost, or mark it spam. Spam also stops any further email to that address.

Credits and caps

Each review uses the same credits as a URL insight. When the account is out of credits or over the daily cap, the lead is still saved and told you will be in touch, and you get one email that day about it.
