These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TLDTrack platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Fully Coded Solutions Limited, a company registered in England under company number 8649718, with registered office at Barn Owl Cottage, Chapel Hill, Ponsanooth, TR3 7ET, United Kingdom (VAT Reg. No. 170 7697 79) (trading as "TLDTrack", and referred to in these Terms as "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
TLDTrack offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All fees are quoted in British Pounds (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for partial periods.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Current paid plans include: Solo (£4.99/month, 1 domain), Starter (£19/month, up to 50 domains), Pro (£49/month, up to 250 domains), Agency (£149/month, up to 1,000 domains), and Enterprise (custom pricing). Plan features and limits are as described on our pricing page at the time of subscription.
The Solo plan is designed for individuals and small business owners managing a single website. It includes uptime monitoring, SSL certificate monitoring, domain expiry tracking, email health checks, blacklist scanning, and access to an emergency response guide and downloadable emergency PDF specific to the subscriber's domain.
The emergency response guide and PDF provided under the Solo plan are informational tools only. They are generated based on data available within the Service and are intended as a starting point for incident response. TLDTrack accepts no liability for decisions made or actions taken based on the content of these guides. You should always seek appropriate professional assistance for security incidents, hosting failures, or other critical technical issues.
The Solo plan is limited to one domain per account. Attempting to monitor multiple domains under a Solo plan is not permitted. If you require monitoring for multiple domains, you must upgrade to an appropriate plan.
SMS notifications are an optional paid add-on available across all TLDTrack plans, including Solo. When enabled, the Service will send SMS alerts to one or more specified mobile phone numbers upon detection of configured events (such as site downtime, SSL expiry warnings, blacklist detection, or domain expiry reminders).
SMS notifications are charged separately from your base subscription on a per-message basis. By enabling SMS notifications, you authorise TLDTrack to send SMS messages to the mobile numbers you provide and to charge your payment method for SMS credits consumed. The current per-message rate is displayed in your account settings and may be updated with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all mobile numbers added for SMS notifications are accurate and belong to individuals who have consented to receive such messages. TLDTrack accepts no liability for failed, delayed, or misdirected SMS messages. SMS delivery is subject to mobile network availability and carrier constraints outside our control.
You may disable SMS notifications at any time from your account settings. Unused SMS credits are non-refundable.
If you subscribe to TLDTrack through the Apple App Store, the following terms apply in addition to the above:
All paid plans include a 7-day free trial. Your payment details are collected at sign-up but you will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel during the trial, no payment will be taken. After the trial, subscriptions are billed monthly and you may cancel at any time to prevent future charges. SMS credits purchased as an add-on are non-refundable once consumed.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
TLDTrack provides domain valuations, financial summaries, and other data as estimates and informational tools only. These should not be relied upon as professional financial, investment, or legal advice. Valuations are generated using algorithmic and AI-powered analysis and may not reflect actual market sale prices.
We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any valuation, DNS data, uptime report, or other information provided through the Service. You acknowledge that domain values can fluctuate and that our estimates are approximations based on available data at the time of calculation.
The Service and all its content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to design, code, text, graphics, and logos) are owned by TLDTrack and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of England and Wales and international conventions.
You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service, including domain information and financial records. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLDTrack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or restrict access to the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
