An outage never waits for you to be at your desk. The TLDTrack mobile app puts your whole portfolio in your pocket, so when a site goes down or a blacklist hit lands, your phone tells you, and you can triage it there and then without opening a laptop.

What the app shows
The home screen is a triage view, not a data dump. It leads with what needs attention and lets the calm sites stay quiet:
- An urgent feed. The most recent unresolved items across your portfolio, each tagged by kind: a site down, an SSL problem, a domain or certificate expiring, a DNS change, a blacklist or malware hit, a WordPress change, a client-side JavaScript error, or a content-monitoring check that has failed. The newest come first, and you can filter the feed to high-severity items only (down, SSL, blacklist and failing content checks).
- Portfolio stats. Total domains, how many are active, how many are expiring within 30 days, how many sites are down, how many certificates expire within 14 days, unread alerts, and open errors.
- Your domains. Every site with its live status, uptime state and response time, SSL and expiry countdowns, registrar, and a marker where a connected WordPress site is matched.
- Favourite sites and emergency contacts. Star the domains you care about most for quick access, and keep your emergency contacts one tap away for when something breaks.
Tap any domain and you get the full record: uptime history, DNS records, SSL and issuer, blacklist and malware status, typosquat findings, PageSpeed scores (mobile and desktop), email deliverability health, and hosting details. If a site is currently down, a banner at the top of the record says so.
Push notifications and triage
The point of the app is speed. When a check raises an alert, a push notification follows, usually within a minute. From there you can:
- Open the alert list, mark a single alert read, or mark everything read at once.
- Hide a domain from the dashboard urgent feed and stat counts when it is a known, deliberate outage (staging, a site you have taken down on purpose). This is indefinite and fully reversible, and there is a dedicated screen listing everything you have hidden so nothing gets lost.
- Add a domain on the move, so a site someone mentions at a conference or on a call is monitored before you have put your phone away.
It will not drain your battery
For agencies: the workspace on your phone
If your organisation has the Agency add-on, the app unlocks an Agency tab built around the client workspace, so you can run client work between meetings:
- Client requests inbox. See open requests with counts, open a full thread, and reply. A reply is sent to the client by email, exactly as it would be from the web.
- Set status and convert to a task. Move a request through its workflow, or turn it into a task in one tap.
- Per-domain monitoring at a glance. Each domain's record, on any plan, shows whether error tracking, visual monitoring, content monitoring and security scanning are configured, and their latest status or grade.
The Agency tab appears whenever the account holds the agency entitlement, so a transient hiccup loading one summary card never hides the whole tab.
Getting started
-
1
Install TLDTrack from the App Store or Google Play. Search for "TLDTrack" or tap the app badges on our mobile page.
-
2
Sign in with your existing TLDTrack email and password, or use Sign in with Apple or Google. It is the same account as the web dashboard, so your whole portfolio is already there.
-
3
Allow notifications when prompted. This registers the device to receive push alerts. You can fine-tune who gets told what, and by which channel, in your notification settings.
-
4
Open a domain to see its full detail, star your most important sites, and you are set. Setting up the checks for a new site is easiest on the web, then everything flows to the app.

Where to get it
Good to know
- The app is free with every plan. There is no separate app subscription. Push notifications need a paid plan or a trial.
- You can sign in on multiple devices at once, and alerts reach all of them.
- You can delete your account from within the app. This signs you out of the app and the web dashboard straight away. To restore the account afterwards, contact support.
- To monitor something that is not a normal web page, such as an API or a mail server, set up a service monitor on the web first, then watch it from the app.
