Each test address lasts 15 minutes, and you get an alert when the result is ready.

The records behind it
The email health check on each domain looks at SPF, DKIM at 21 common selectors, the DMARC policy, MX records, and whether BIMI and MTA-STS records exist, and scores them together. It runs every day, and you get an alert when SPF is removed or weakened, a DKIM key is removed or added, or a DMARC record is removed or its policy changes. TXT records are also read every few hours, so any SPF edit alerts.
