Frequently asked questions

Where is monitoring run from?

Uptime checks run from London. When a site looks down, it is re-checked from US East and Singapore before you are alerted, so a localized routing problem does not page you.

Do you store payment data?

No. All card processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We only see the last 4 digits of your card and the brand.

Are your servers GDPR / CCPA compliant?

Yes. We are ICO-registered (UK data protection) and follow CCPA principles for US customer data. Enterprise plans include custom data residency options.

Can I get an invoice for accounting?

Yes. Every payment generates a downloadable PDF invoice. Plans are billed monthly.

Do you offer team accounts?

Yes. Pro includes up to 5 team members and Agency up to 20, with admin and staff roles. Add your team without paying per seat.

What about uptime SLAs?

TLDTrack runs on AWS in London (eu-west-2). Standard plans do not include an SLA. Enterprise plans can include one, agreed per contract.
