Guide

How to monitor 100 client websites

To monitor 100 client websites, get them all into one tool in one go, switch checks on in bulk, group the sites by client and decide who hears about what. After that you only open a site when something is wrong. This is how to set it up in TLDTrack.

01 · Steps

The set-up, step by step

01

Import the sites

Paste a list, upload a CSV from your registrar, or import every account from a WHM server.

02

Create your clients

Add a client record for each customer and assign their sites, one at a time or in bulk.

03

Switch checks on in bulk

Turn uptime, SSL, expiry, DNS, malware and the other checks on for every site at once.

04

Roll out your standard checks

Checks such as "Google Tag Manager missing" or "Homepage blocked from search" go on every site at once, and sites you add later pick them up automatically.

05

Decide who hears what

Give each person the alert types they need by email or SMS, send the rest to a Slack or Teams channel, and switch on escalation so a critical alert nobody opens is sent again.

06

Work from the table

Filter the sites table by health. Red rows need you now; amber rows need you soon.

02 · Clients

Keeping clients in the loop

Reports

Scheduled report emails

Weekly or monthly emails for each client, built from 16 sections in the order you choose, using real monitoring data. On Pro the footer reads "via TLDTrack"; on Agency the email carries only your branding.

Status pages

A status page for each site

A public page for each site showing the checks you choose, with your branding and an optional password. Visitors can subscribe to updates by email.

Portal

A client login

A branded portal where each client signs in and sees only their own sites.

03 · Plan

The plan for 100 sites

100

sites on the Agency plan

The Agency plan covers 100 sites and 20 team members, with 5,000 credits a month for scans and 2,000 visual checks. Every domain counts towards the 100, including subdomains. Uptime, SSL, DNS and expiry checks use no credits.

More than 100 sites? The Enterprise plan has no site limit.

04 · Pricing

Simple, transparent pricing

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel during the trial and you won't be charged.

05 · Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can alerts go to a different person for each client?

Contacts and channels belong to the whole account and choose alerts by type, not by client. To keep a client informed about their own sites, use their status page subscription or scheduled reports.

Are client reports PDFs?

They are HTML emails, sent weekly or monthly on the day and hour you choose. Reports are on Pro and Agency.

Do I need a WordPress plugin?

Only for WordPress alerts and remote updates. Every other check works from the outside.

Do checks slow down with 100 sites?

No. Every site is checked on the same schedule: uptime every 5 minutes, for example.
